Excellent Would stay at a...

Liked: Due to the family event we didn’t spend much time in the hotel other than sleeping and getting breakfast! The time we did spend we found the staff cordial helpful and the room was excellent especially the walk in shower and the accessible bathroom! Very pleased to have gotten a king sized bed instead of two queens!

Very dissatisfied with the amount...

Liked: They had no milk at all and I had three grandsons with me very disappointed
Disliked: The room was advertised to me as 3 rooms with two queens and a sofa bed in a living room. That was not at all what the room was. It was one room with two queen beds and sofa bed in the same room. Very disappointed and quite dissatisfied when I saw the room and the amount of money I paid for the stay. The manager at checkin was nice but we had to go down and get our bedsheets and covers for the sofa bed. The checkout woman on Wednesday morning was very rude and impolite and showed no care when i asked her about the discrepancy of the false room advertisement (The room was advertised to me as 3 rooms with two queens and a sofa bed in a living room. That was not at all what the room was. It was one room with two queen beds and sofa bed in the same room. Very disappointed and quite dissatisfied when I saw the room and the amount of money I paid for the stay. Also I had my three grandchildren with me and there was NO milk at the breakfast. We went down for breakfast about 8:00 am and there was no milk. The hostess said the delivery would be in a day or so. Again very dissatisfied. The only reason I gave a three and not a 1 is because the hotel was clean and seemed safe. d the fact there was no milk at breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast, except bacon was only available day 1, then it was only sausage.
Disliked: SHOWERHEAD!! It was horrible, very hard to wet and rinse your hair. Also I booked with booking.com with the pay at property option. My family member was coming to me and paying once we got there. I had received confirmation for the reservation, no other notifications were given. We get to the property and we're told they cancelled my reservation that morning. According to staff, this was because they chargey card given to reserve the room early that morning and since I wasn't planning to use that as payment ( hence pay at property selection) it declined, so they cancelled. But they should be able to give us the same type room after checking with housekeeping. We got charged over $50 more than the original booking due to this "policy" that was never communicated. Also, there is an about 2 inch gap between the bottom of the room door and the floor, allows you to hear all the kids that ran down the hall. Also the walls are pretty thin, the room behind the headboards, I clearly heard their TV and several times banging, like the dresser drawers were being played with.
