Good hotel
Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff.Good facilities avaliable most of the day.
Disliked: Other customers slamming doors late at night and very early morning. Elevator was a little jerky reaching the 4th floor. Hotel room house keeper staff failed to clean room just change bedding and towels, dust left on services.

Worst Hotel experience ever.
Liked: We booked through booking.com. This hotel was listed on Booking.com as pet friendly. We checked in with our pet on a leash. I was carrying the kennel. People stopped and pet our dog. The woman, Sarah, at the counter never said at word at check in. About 2 hours later, we went to walk our dog out front and Sarah, the same front desk girl, became belligerent and began acting insane. Told us we had to leave immediately or she was calling the police. She refused to offer us a refund OR call the manager. We have a very well trained, french bulldog. I have NEVER had an experience this bad at ANY hotel.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. What a horrific experience. Will never use Holiday Inn again. The shelf in the shower was broken. the staff is unbelievably rude. the room smelled of mold.
