Horrible tragedy

Liked: Absolutely Disgusting! First the desk clerk was Extremely rude an seemed overwhelmed. We got our keys an entered a very shabby unkempt room that was less than clean or comfortable. So we decided to take a jacuzzi before bed . We went to the facilities an noticed a mess an alot of people an things were in a mess . The hottub had one other person in so we got in as I entered I slipped on the Slimy walls of the pool an it was so filthy an smelled horrible. We immediately got out an went to the front desk to ask for a refund where we were met with more rudeness an a refusal to give a refund in short we left an will Never stay there again ! Hence my review Absolutely terrible buisness practice .the Health dept should be involved Absolutely gross
