Liked: The staff here are amazing! So friendly and professional. The hotel lobby was very clean and well maintained. We didn't try the breakfast. My husband and I are vegetarian, so we don't normally go to hotel breakfast because of cross contamination experiences. We were in town to see a concert at the Grand Theatre. This was a great location for that.
Disliked: We reserved a room with a spa tub and that's where there were issues. The spa tub jets were so loud that we couldn't use it. The towel rack and toilet paper holder were really close to just falling off the walls. The couch was absolutely FILTHY with visible stains all over it. We wouldn't even put anything on it let alone sit on it. The outside windows were dirty and there was a dead bird visible right outside the window. A little more attention to detail with overall maintenance would go a long way. We weren't there long enough (only 2 nights) to bother with complaining since we were out of the room a lot.
