Avoid like the plague

Disliked: Booked a room for 4 people and paid accordingly. At the site on March 1st 2025 we noticed that there were no linens for the second bed and that there were towels for only two people. I called the front desk about it and was told that while they had sheets they did not have blankets nor towels. The room cost >180 for one night and we weren't provided with the basic of the basics such as blankets or towels and that was it. Room 216 had a clogged bathtub and used paper napkins were under the bed. If you are considering this site for its location I would recommend reconsidering. Otherwise you might have to sleep with your winter coat on as one of our kids did. Ah ,yes , the heater was at maximum but eventually it was just blowing cold air. No refunds were offered despite our complaints.

Terrible experience

Disliked: We were kept up all night by people being loud and running around in the hallways. Then someone had a key to our room and was trying to get in our room in the middle of the night. Thankfully we put out the safety thing on the door to stop the door from opening all the way. In the morning our cards didn’t work so I’m not sure what even happened. I would never stay here again
