Liked: Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, lobby area was also clean and maintained. Family had a great experience
Disliked: The pool was closed, and the kids were looking forward to swimming. We did not know when booking that it would be closed, so that was disappointing.

Disliked: I was charged a 200 deposit due to me being a local resident staying at their facility, that is still pending on my account. The hotel manager said I needed to contact my bank to get it figured out and was not very friendly about it. I basically have to wait 30 days for the deposit hold on my account. Or I needed to have a letter written by the hotel stating the hold for my bank to take the 200 hold off of my account. My schedule it very busy and I have not been able to get around to making that happen. I will not be staying at this holiday ever again due to the headache of the deposit fee.

Liked: The amenities and designs of the room are welcoming and modern. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. The hotel was near many restaurants and shopping areas.
