Disappointed at the customer service...

Liked: Location to RJ STADIUM.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned and refreshed daily during our stay, tub was leaking. When told to staff they were indifferent about the situation.

Excellent, close to Raymond James

Liked: super close to Raymond james stadium, breakfast delicious, comfortable and clean room.

Great Place to stay before...

Liked: This place was the perfect place to stay the night before our cruise, they have a shuttle that will get you from the airport for free and they will call that same shuttle the day of your cruise for and have them take you to the port that does cost money but you can do a round trip deal where they will pick you up from the cruise and take you to the airport. Also there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

Great property, very clean and...

Liked: Very clean hotel, very clean, large rooms, very comfortable bed, bathroom was roomy and had everything you need except for toothbrush and toothpaste (though probably sold downstairs). Ample free parking. There is a Starbucks right next to the property.
Disliked: No late check-out for non-members.

A Very Nice Place to...

Liked: Hotel was in a great location, well lit at night and restaurants within walking distance. It is only a few miles from the cruise terminal. Our room was exceptionally clean and very nice linens. Breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like
