Liked: Very close to Ybor and major roads.
Disliked: Room was on outside of hotel; water constantly leaked from A/C whenever you went up or down the stairs; carpet filthy; breakfast choices limited and only 1 waffle maker.

Liked: Nice big porch outside the room, but no seating. Close to the Dallas Bull - a short cab ride away.
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible. Even worse because of the crowd that was also staying, who took over the breakfast area and were eating waffles straight off the waffle maker - gross! Hotel was slightly outdated.

Very uncomfortable , lousy employees, I had someone knock on my room at 3am while I was asleep, I will never return to this hotel. Also manager very disrespectful.

Liked: Large clean room, comfortable bed.
Disliked: On arrival taxi driver warned us not to walk very far as it was not safe. No receptionist when we arrived. Emailed twice about booking courtesy bus to cruise terminal. No reply. Was told that courtesy bus was now fully booked as it was booked as guests arrived. Only offered 9.45am or one after the ship had sailed. Asked receptionist if she could arrange fir a taxi abd she just wrote a telephone number on a piece of paper.Room was OK with a view of a freeway but sound proofing and blinds were good.Breakfast was OK. Very expensive fir what it was $200.

Terrific stay but we don’t...

Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff in all things—front desk and breakfast room. Quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: It’s a bit of a dodgy area. The Shell gas station nearby was often visited by the police with multiple police cars attending.
