Everyone was very friendly; got checked in right away; reasonable price; close to the Tacoma Dome and downtown; good breakfast. Overall great experience!

Liked: The actual room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. It was a clean room.
Disliked: The hotel was doing major renovations in the lobby, elevators, and the breakfast area. Our room was at the other end of the corridor, and I had difficulties getting to and from the elevator. Everything was very inconvenient and we weren't expecting the hotel to be under major renovations. The staff was very unfriendly, and we had to wait 25 minutes to check in. The hostess was on the phone with a potential customer.
