Liked: Customer service and cleanliness were top tier.
Disliked: The amenity that had me drawn to this hotel was the hot tub. It was disappointing to see it out of service.

Horrible customer service and not...

Liked: The cleanliness.
Disliked: We booked our standard King room back on January 9 2025, we chose pay at property, and they had already taken it off the card that I had placed on booking.com and did not ask, as we were going to use another card. To beat it off we get upstairs and we have two queens beds and not the king we had booked. It was explained to me that the way it came through on booking through their system it was what it was. Shouldn’t ask what we want to book if we aren’t getting the room we booked the manager never came down to talk to me so we left. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and they were “booked” for the room that I picked back in January. This was not how we wanted to spend our evening!

Liked: beds were comfy, but chairs were not. breakfast had wide variety,
Disliked: wifi did not work, didnt come up in searching for wifi. picked this room because it had a hot tub. hot tub was roped off, and pool was ice cold. wont stay here again.
