Liked: brekfast was ok
Disliked: room was very cold when we walk insmall of the burn come out from the AC when we turn on the heat they charge extra money from bank account and when I ask the young lady receptionist she was laying to us first she told me that is tax fee and when I told her that taxis was already taken with my room service she told me that is for smoke odor they find after we left. That is not possible because that is not true she start to be mean.I ask to talk to the manager and she was angry and she told me that is not manager on the property. That was a very bad attitude she give to me and bad tray to charge extra money . I will do the future action to make sure that the people know about this .We come to have a fun and they ruined our pleasure

Just perfect

Liked: Desk staff and cleaning staff were super nice and helpful. Great choices for breakfast. I especially liked the pump hand soap. It's much more sanitary than the old bars. The hotel was just perfect and not over the top. Everything felt cozy, even with a full building of guests.
Disliked: Toilets were standard height, which is very low for tall people and especially tall senior women.

Great location if you are...

Liked: The rooms were very clean. The shower and tub were nice. The Dove products provided were great. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. We will stay here again if in the area.

Our best Holiday Inn Express...

Liked: We've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express locations, this one was something special. The management team at this hotel takes pride in this property! TV is Samsung brand, so all the functions worked correctly. The shower door is the coolest glass door and closure system I have ever seen! The lobby was decorated for Christmas. A lot of little things just showed they care!
Disliked: This is a bit of a stretch, but they ran out of forks at breakfast. And the window blackout shade doesn't do very good at blocking the edges, so light still shines through.

Comfortable stay for a reasonable...

Liked: Comfort and cleanliness
Disliked: Room thermostat didn't adjust quickly for sleeping. Also would love to see a little more for buffet. Bacon and not just sausage. And potatoes were out and more not made so if you weren't some of the first down there you didn't get any and I heard they were great!

Exceptional

clean, modern, safe and affordable...

Liked: very clean well maintained, breakfast items differed from day to day which i enjoy. access off main road was easy
Disliked: not much to say for AM service , no staff to help before 04:00 pm (check in time)

Very, nice, clean, comfortable.

Liked: Clean, updated hotel. Nice, clean pool, albeit chilly.
Disliked: Only one person taking care of breakfast. All cooked food was out at 8:45am. The person working worked as fast as he could but needed another person to help replenish food to very busy, large number of people waiting for breakfast.
