Liked: Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. There was some renovation going on, but it didn't matter to us as we were there one night and didn't use the facilities. Bed was comfy, room was fine.
Disliked: Breakfast was *ok* compared to other chains. TV stations lacking. All USB outlets loose and wouldn't stay connected.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and very clean. The breakfast gave plenty of options and offered hot and cold items as well as fresh fruit.
Disliked: I don't have anything to complain about.

Disliked: The bed was softer than I like and me and my partner both woke up with lower back achiness. Nothing major, just a little softer than we like.
