Liked: Facility was overall good but the overriding rating factor was the inability and desire to help me overcome a personal problem regarding my stay
Disliked: My wife was going through a severe back pain issue. We booked the room based on website info stating that all standard rooms had two queen beds. I had a request when booked to have a top floor room. But upon arrival none were available. Ok so we carried luggage to the room to find the entry key didn’t work. Back to the desk while my wife stood and waited upstairs with back pain. Ok got a new key and entered the room to find one king bed. Back to the front desk but no help. Wife and I can’t sleep closely together due to both having mediical issues. Several more pleas to front desk to attempt to help . Bottom line was I slept on the floor . Not a good experience.
