Liked: The hotel was beautiful. The conflict resolution could have been better
Disliked: The Additude of some of the staff was poor

Enjoyable stay,will come back.

Liked: Great choice for family. Great breakfast options are pancakes, cereal, hot meat ,biscuits and eggs, cinnamon rolls, a variety of yogurt, and fruits.Pool and hot tub available.Free shuttle to the beach and shopping mall at Johns Pass.
Disliked: It is not what our family didn't like. Just be aware that the hotel location is next to Walmart, and it is pet friendly. My daughter enjoyed patting different dogs.

Very good

Liked: Excellent breakfast, big and comfortable place to sit and eat.
Disliked: The pool area wasn't too nice. The fence was broken, and we had to request towels at the front door.
