Liked: Everything. The breakfast was exceptional and the whole hotel was clean.
Disliked: The bed was too soft but is that even really a complaint? Lol.

Disliked: Hi, I just wanted to let you guys know about our stay this far. We’ve been here two hours.. we got here go check in and got to the top floor with a 2 year old, 4 year old and 2 month old and our keys didn’t work. So we went back down with the kids and all the bags in our hands and got our keys again just to get back up and the keys didn’t work. Went back down alone this time and she had to let us in with the master key.. we can’t even leave the room all together without getting locked out.Our 4 year old went to pee and the toilet wouldn’t flush until my husband messed with it and after 3x of trying to flush it finally did.On top of that the ac isn't working and is very erratic. Not happy with our stay thus far. This is my first time at this hotel and when I walked in the room I thought it was nice but the issues we’ve had already make us not want to come back. Let alone pay $220 for a room and not get what I paid for. I paid for a quality room at a quality price to get a mediocre stay.. I did not want to be writing this right before we go to bed. I was not going to go complain to the sweet older lady working. She seems very overwhelmed and was doing her best already with how busy she was.also ended up finding a worm like bug in the bath tub
