Disappointing

It was poor.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off. Dining area was out of everything - coffee, milk, certain foods.

Superb

Would only stay here again...

Liked: Room size
Disliked: Our room view was the back of the entrance canopy. (Literally a wall 2' away.) The previous user smoked so the room smelled and left butts and ashes on the window sill...which was not cleaned. (Supposed non-smoking facility.) Also used tissues behind the nightstand and phone unplugged. Tile in bathroom was missing and broken. Kids literally running around and jumping above us for hours....for 2 days! Yes I complained, no it didn't stop. The fitness center was "vandalized" 2 of the 3 days I used it. (Fitness ball jammed under the treadmill and equipment left in disarray.) Sweat all over the floor and dried, dried up sanitizing wipes and no water. Floor by elevator dirty the entire stay. Serious lack of cleaning!

It was a fun trip...

Liked: The hotel was nice and the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: I didn’t enjoy not having the WiFi that was offered. I don’t know if they need a new router but I wasn’t able to pick it up.

Liked: EVERYTHING WAS GREAT VERY CLEAN THE RECEPTION LADY WAS AMAZING
Disliked: BOOKING.COM SCREWED UP OUR RESERVATIONS FOR THREE ROOMS BUT THE RECEPTION LADY AT THE DESK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL GETTING US THE THIRD ROOM

Second time stayed there, would...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff kept it well stocked. The location was perfect for us.
Disliked: Would have been nice if there was a rack our bench to put your luggage on

Disliked: The price! $200 for a roadside hotel! That's equals three nights in much of Italy.
