Overall, it was a pleasant...

Liked: Front desk staff was very pleasant throughout. Smiling and building rapport throughout the conversation. The entire facility was clean. Parking was ample. Great location. Breakfast could use some fresher/healthier options. It was a lot of processed food.

Liked: It was clean and conveniently located off interstate. The pump bottle shampoo and body wash was a nice addition. The breakfast was really good
Disliked: I had to go get bath towels as there weren’t any in the room that was a bummer

Disliked: The check-in staff at 3:00 PM were not very friendly or welcoming, no smiles and all business. Not a great first impression of your hotel.
