Staff amazing! Room not so...

Liked: The staff was amazing and always so kind and helpful. They were always smiling and did their best to make a crappy situation the best it could be. They went above and beyond to help my son find his missing stuffy and help us find a room when our room had people in it. Great staff!!!!
Disliked: When we arrived and went to our room it had people in it. The room was marked as empty and clean but it wasn’t. We had reserved a room with 2 queens and a sleeper couch for the 4 of us and had to go with a king and sleeper couch. It was a little cramped for sleeping

Liked: Only problem was the bathroom sink drained slowly.

Liked: 2 things I would like to talk about in Room 117 is that when the air conditioner turns on it smelt like cat urine and when you showered, Water leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Liked: Very good variety of food.
Disliked: My only complaint, pillows were too hard for me. I prefer softer pillows.
