Would not stay again. Paid...

Liked: Lobby was nice, comfy bed.
Disliked: Front desk was rude, huge spiders in room, leaking tub and had to switch rooms, room was a bit dirty and very dusty fan in bathroom. Small tv. Remote didn’t work. Cleaners were rushing us in the morning before checkout. Paid way too much for one night in this below average hotel.

Disliked: Carpet in room had stains all over it. Food was good but not that big of a variety. Pool looked dirty and faded my kids bathing suits bc it had way too much bleach in it.

Liked: The location was great for where we needed to be for our daughters softball tournament. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: There were a few issues in our room. #1 The floor tiles in our bathroom were all moving, the grout was all cracked or removed, it looked like the floor had been pulled up to fix something but then they didn't re-grout the floor. We felt like we were going to fall through the floor. #2 The light fixtures in the bathroom were all rusted as well as the sprinkler head. #3 It looked as if there was a dried blood spot on the shower curtain. For the price we paid for this hotel, I expected it to be better. We travel very frequently for softball and stay at lots of hotels and this is the first time we have had a not so great experience with an IHG Holiday inn Express hotel.
