Superb

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great! Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Due to construction, we had to take the stairs from the 4th floor to the 1st floor to access the pool.

Liked: Unannounced expenses on my receipt. Kid pool and hot tub were down the first night.

Make the room 100% clean...

Liked: When I told the front desk clerk that the shower and sink do not drain and the microwave door won’t close so we had to unplug it so the room wasn’t lit up all night, she said “thanks”. Not I’m sorry for the inconvenience Not thank you for letting me know. I’ll have maintenance up right away. Not thank you, can I make it right somehow?Just “thanks”.
