Disliked: The king size bed was very uncomfortable. We booked a holiday inn and suites because we thought with the higher price they would have better beds. My back was super stiff and it hurt no matter which way I laid. Very disappointed. The pool on their web site looked huge, but when we got there it was very small and very, very cold. My children didn’t want to swim long because it was so cold.

Liked: Outstanding desk support! My son lost his tooth and the housecleaning staff helped us find it. Also, they made sure we had a room that would work for our family’s needs. Everyone was so wonderful!

I would consider staying here...

Liked: I liked the convenience of the interstate being nearby. I enjoyed dealing with most of the people. I thought that the room was very clean.
Disliked: I could not get comfortable in the bed nor in the chairs. U was not fond of the noise from the room above me, walking around. U was not fond of the breakfast selections.

Disliked: I wish I would’ve known that they were working on this hotel I had a toddler running around construction and it was not a good idea. Breakfast was not good and they ran out of things before 9 am no juice no milk for cereal.
