Liked: Close to the venue of the event that was taking place.
Disliked: We were accused of smoking in that hotel and we didn't smoke in that hotel at all. Staff members went through our belongings and took pictures of things in our belongings that was illegal for them to do and then evicted us.

Weekend getaway

Liked: It was easy to get to and from the Freeway. It was close to the locations we wanted to go to. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Will definitely consider staying again when we happen to go back in that direction.

Enjoyable, relaxing and staff is...

Liked: The breakfast was awesome! Great variety,hot items were hot, cold items cold. Biscuits soft and warm, as was sausage, potatoes, pancakes. Atmosphere was nice. Staff was warm and kind from the beginning of check-in to checking out!!
Disliked: I can't think of one thing negative to say here, if I could have stayed longer I definitely would have. I would stay again and recommend anyone looking. I had a good night's sleep, so quiet too!

Disappointing

Liked: Rooms are spacious.
Disliked: I booked room on booking.com and was charged additional hotel fees when the app included hotels fees upon reserving. Pool was not maintained.

I won’t stay at this...

Liked: Good location. This was my second stay at the property and I had a positive experience the first time.
Disliked: Night manager would do nothing about the motorcycles outside revving their engines at the restaurant next door and their racing down the street next to the property. He wouldn’t even call the police to request a drive thru of the property because he said Holiday Inn didn’t want to be held liable. Instead, the residents had to endure over an hour of the noise that went on till 11 pm. He did suggest he could cancel my reservation so I could move somewhere else. I ended up having to call 911 myself but the motorcycles had left by the time the police arrived.
