Liked: I liked that it was clean and it smelled clean.
Disliked: I didn't like housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:00. They knocked so hard that they scared both my husband and myself. Check out was at 11 why would they do that.

Home away from home

Liked: Nice, modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast included, location near large mall and close to major arterial routes and SeaTac Airport. Room was clean, bright and airy and the bed very comfortable.
Disliked: One of the two lifts was out of service throughout our stay.

Wonderful staff & safe hotel

Liked: front desk lady was professional and sid not get flustered when the line got long. She helped arrange a second room near our first room, and she quickly was able to retrieve a package I had delivered to the hotel. All the time she was smiling and pleasant.loved that you needed your key card to get on the elevators. I felt extra safe.
