It was worth the money.

Liked: Clean building and room. Very nice breakfast.
Disliked: It’s next to the freeway so it’s quite noisy without earplugs.

Disliked: Staff, TV and WiFi turn off in middle of the night of check-out. Why? Can’t watch news in am. Can’t access internet for flight info or any number of things needed. Checked out at 7am. You couldn’t let me have internet for an hr in the am? And the staff were not happy to be there. No one smiled. No one seemed ok with being asked questions. Location right next to freeway. So road traffic was loud. And walls seemed thin, heard every person walking halls, doors closing seemed like they were slamming, and just weird noises like hot water pipes clanging and clicking. Just weird …

Liked: It looked clean. Breakfast was decent
Disliked: Room description listed a queen a sofa bed was included which I planned for my 2 kids. Upon entering the room there was only a lounge chair and 1 queen for the 4 of us. Front desk said they couldn't help us because we booked through a 3rd party. I can't put it on the hotel staff as they were following their policies. Staff had mention that our guests booking through 3rd party had issues. This means Hotel management is terrible as they should have fixed their room listing/descriptions and be more accommodating seeing the error and trying to fix it instead of putting the onus of the guest to resolve the issue with their 3rd party. I am avoiding this hotel chain in future bookings.
