Liked: Great location, good breakfast, kids liked having a pool, nice staff, nice view of the mountains
Disliked: You can hear other guests in the halls and other rooms. Breakfast gets crowded and the space is small and some items run out

Liked: They give this hotel two stars but this hotel was better than many so called 3 stars we have stayed at in the past
Disliked: Hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good

Disliked: The staff was EXTREMELY rude. Naveen called to say my reservation was cancelled and then proceeded to pick up and hang up the phone 15 times when I was trying to figure things out. I ended up in tears.
