Liked: Awesome place to stay. Friendly staff and great location. The rooms were very comfortable and good size. Nice breakfast. We even had the pool to ourselves a few times. Quiet. We'd definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The pool and the area around it could have been cleaner. Parking area kind of small for the night it was completely booked.

Disappointing experience due to dirty...

Liked: Staff was kind, room was clean, breakfast was typical of HIE.
Disliked: Hot tub was dirty, has yellow/brown scum floating in it, and was not hot, only warm. Was looking forward to the hot tub after a day of skiing and was the sole reason I booked this property. Raised issue with the staff at 8 PM but they were unable to get a key to check the temperature until 7:30 AM the next day.
