Liked: The room was awesome. I loved the curtain! The staff was super helpful and very polite. It was a very safe environment. I wasn't scared to go sit in the car and smoke my cigarette. The fitness room was nice. Great service and staff.
Disliked: I realize that the majority of folks are nonsmokers. I however am a smoker and would like to smoke in my room that I pay $148 and change for. They make 5,000 sprays in a can, yes the actual name, that eliminates smoke odor. You should have rooms for people that smoke, we pay just as the rest of the folks do. It's not right that I as a smoker have to go outside in 43 degree weather at night to smoke a cigarette. I am a disabled woman and the cold actually hurts me. Not your problem, I know. I feel like smokers face a great discrimination. Will I stay at your facility again? Yes but it's still not right to make smokers go outside. Find another place to stay is what most say, but finding a hotel room that allows smoking in these days, isn't easy because folks have just banned smoking in hotels.
