Liked: The room was nice, clean and seemed recently updated. The front desk staff was friendly and sent us a text message to make sure our room was okay after we checked in.
Disliked: Our room didn't have very hot water, it was only luke warm for our showers the first two mornings we were there. The third morning was even worse. They offered to let us switch rooms after we mentioned it on day 2 but chose not to because we didn't want to move our stuff and they said maintenance wasn't available but housekeeping went in and tried to solve the problem. However the water didn't get better. If we had known the water would be colder we would've moved rooms. We asked a couple of the other guests and they didn't have issues, so maybe it was just our room. There was also construction going on in one of the hallways. I never heard any work being done but that may be why we had issues with our water.

Liked: The front desk lady was very accommodating. The breakfast was good. The only thing was the cheese that was used for the omelettes that was not very good.

Liked: Although situated at a busy intersection, this Holiday Inn Express is well insulated against sound, light, and temperature movements. Very updated accommodations and totally comfortable.
