Underwhelming! They also ran out...

Liked: Location was good.Beds were new and comfortable
Disliked: Under renovation. You were so disappointed that the pool was unavailable we booked this hotel specifically to use the pool traveling with family for a memorial service. Our grand children were looking forward to swimming.

Liked: Under renovation but we did not know this when we booked. We would have picked a different hotel
Disliked: Pool was under construction. We booked specifically to use the pool in the evenings with our grandkids.

Very poor

Liked: Pool out of service, hotel under construction, poor quality breakfast and poor staffing for breakfast. The sink in our bedroom leaked from the pipes underneath.

It was good staying at...

Liked: The pancake machine was slow pancakes to small. The kids keep trying to use it and it slowed up the line. The waitress didn’t fill the items to quickly and there wasn’t enough food at one time.
