We have stayed at several...

Liked: The spacious (clean) room was amazing. Two chairs, coffee table, couch, made in-room dining easy and comfortable. A large fridge and convenient microwave were a big plus. Although we heard the light rail go by frequently, the noise was bearable. The breakfast selections were better than expected. …another big plus!

Great hotel for any stay...

Liked: Clean, large room, free breakfast, price
Disliked: I got a room closest to the main street. There was noise from the streetcar, but it was not a big deal. (The place was not full, so I'm not sure why we were placed there on a not-busy Thursday night.) I also thought it was strange that the shower curtain didn't reach deeper into the shower. The shower heads also not very high.

Location with respect to public...

Liked: There's not much to praise or to complain about for that matter. One good thing if one needs to go to downtown is that there's a train almost in front of the hotel that goes straight downtown for $2.50 and it's also close to the airport (about 30 min walking if one feel "adventurous")
Disliked: Breakfast was very simple, bare minimal I'd say.
