Liked: Great service, location, clean, and the breakfast was consistently good

Disliked: The hide a bed was horrible springs almost coming through the mattress. Asked for cott and was told three times they would look into it. After the 4th time asking was told they don’t have any. Our fridge defrosted, made us have to through our food out. Leaked into the rug. Told front staff of our issues and said thanks for letting us know. No discount, no offer to pay for our food

Liked: Clean rooms and very spacious, the front desk is also very friendly and welcoming definitely enjoyed my stay here.
Disliked: Gym machines were out of service so that was a bit of a bummer
