Disliked: 24 fee for parking !!! I paid to stay there I shouldn’t have to also pay for parking

Disliked: One of the desk clerks wasn’t friendly nor was he willing to go over and beyond RUDE wasn’t willing to get things corrected Ie more towels (over an 1.5) Food supplies in lobby could be improved

Liked: Everything was good. Breakfast was as expected . Easy to find. Good location to the Zoo and Harbour.
Disliked: there were two people at reception when we checked in. I asked a question to one and he seemed totally disinterested and unfriendly. Fortunately the second person jumped in and answered me. Not a good start. We were asked by 2 staff members the following morning when we were leaving. We had to tell them twice that we were there for 3 days.

Cheapest hotel in the area...

Liked: In a good area. Around a lot of shopping areas in close distance. Front desk staff was nice. First room’s AC unit had a leak which soaked the carpet and had a smell. Front desk switched us rooms with no hassle.
Disliked: Not much parking. Housekeeping came late in the day and didn’t do much other than switch towels and make the bed. Sheets weren’t changed and the bathroom was dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Woke up multiple times every hour from how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were. Extremely thin walls so we heard stomping and running at all hours.
