Disliked: The outside of the hotel was disgusting. It was dirty and the garbage can was overflowing. Looked like it hadn?t been cleaned outside for months. The pool was not in service for ?cleaning?, our room smelled stale and moldy.

Disliked: Sat in the lobby for over ten minutes to check in . No one was at the desk

Liked: Everything was great. Had one little problem with one of our rooms. It was quickly taken care of. Staff was polite. We would stay here again.

Disliked: NO, everything was nice.

Liked: Honest workers! My son left his Apple Watch behind & the person cleaning the room turned it in to the office! Very pleased that when I called to ask about the watch they immediately told me it was there. Great continental breakfast .
Disliked: The a/c unit in our particular room was very loud. Chose not to request another room!

Disliked: Had an issue with it taking long time to get hot water in the shower

Liked: I liked that this hotel had a good selection for breakfast, the lobby was pretty clean, and the hotel itself was pretty clean and smelled like it had been cleaned.
Disliked: 1. The hotel staff was rude. My check in time was 3pm and they wouldn't let us in until 4pm, although the room was ready. I was told by the manager that he had other stuff to do before he could address my issue. My room was only cleaned once out of 4 days

Liked: The restroom was outstanding
