My visit was a nightmare. Would not stay here again!

Liked: Staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: Entire building smelled like urinal cakes. Bed sheets were not fresh. Innerspring mattress with sunken area in middle, both beds.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The room was small and cramped. The hairdryer would eat your hair. The coffee pot would make a mess but not coffee. The refrigerator had a terrible odor. And we were charged twice for one reservation.

Liked: Overall the hotel was ok. It seemed decently clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathtub was full of tiny bugs, not sure what kind. We later found at least one in the bed. Ruined the whole experience.

Miserably inconvenienced

Liked: Jeremy was great.
Disliked: Our shower did not work at all, no water. We had to change rooms after settling in to the first one. Then, in the second floor room we were awakened by screaming kids and slamming doors very early in the morning . (I have videos recording the disturbances)

Other than the water issue...

Disliked: Water pressure when taking a shower the water stop or in the sink when brushing your teeth

Liked: Beds were comfortable lobby was nice breakfast was fresh.
Disliked: The room was a bit beat up. Sheetrock was cracked and had water damage.
