Liked: All was good until I got home and was charged $50 for unknown reason(s). Our room was left in a used respectable condition at regular checkout time. No extras.Trying to get a hold of customer service was a nightmare. After waiting some time, we just had to hang up and take care of other things in our life. Nothing said to us at checkout.

Liked: Staff was nice the hotel was nice and clean
Disliked: The air conditioner wouldn't stay on we were hot then freezing then hot all night. I kept getting up to change it but I'm not sure why
