A friend of mine joined us for the concert, but I only booked a room for 2. The staff member was very accommodating even though they were very busy. I will stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel.

Liked: Pretty much everything else was great.
Disliked: We thought the couch bed was going to be a double bed, so we ended up having to have one person sleep on the couch cushions on the floor. And the hotel had run out of extra blankets and pillows.

Liked: Beautiful Hotel. Clean and well staffed. Staff was very accommodating. The water park was amazing.

Liked: The breakfast was by far the best. Not your typical rushed meal. It was hot and just like at home or better.
Disliked: The hallways were not vaccumed, but this is minimal to the overall service.
