Liked: We travel frequently and know that a Holiday Inn Express will be great. Clean, comfortable, and easy.
Disliked: We had a bad experience with the breakfast staff. Breakfast ended at 930 and at 920 they started putting things away and rushing people out. Multiple families were frustrated. They were sassy and in a hurry

Disliked: There were bed bugs!! My partner woke up after the first night with bed bug bites all over her body. The hotel staff is denying this and not taking responsibility. They switched us to another room, and then put another family in our old room the next day!

Liked: There wasnt much that I liked. I always stay at Holidau Inns and this one was way below par. Star system was way off for my stay,
Disliked: Room wasnt cleaned well. Bathtub was gross with hair in it, I had toenail clippings on the carpet next to my bed. The breakfast was not great, you normally have fresh fruit to choose from and there was no fresh fruit the days I was there.
