Will not stay here again

Liked: The location was okay
Disliked: The A/C was really loud. The bed was the worst one ever.

Good

Liked: The front desk lady was really nice and the room was comfy.
Disliked: The pool was cold, and I picked the hotel specifically for an indoor heated pool to swim after the polar express and it was ice cold. For $250 a night I expected better. We couldn't swim. Also the breakfast was cold, and a lot of the food was gone and it was only 8:30am. The lady was putting more stuff out, but it just seemed really unorganized, and she was the only one I saw. Also their wasn't enough seating. I was gonna stand up and eat but ended up throwing it away, and we went to Biscuitville a few miles away for breakfast.

We had a short stay...

Liked: It’s easy to get to and was right off the highway, the rooms were nice and had pretty neat accent lights. The staff was excellent and even assisted us, one of the staff in particular named Karen was a big help in getting us more towels. The beds were very comfortable. The lobby itself is very clean, the gym and pool facilities were excellent.
Disliked: Upon entering our room for the first time, we were greeted with a vomit like smell for the first 2 hours. We looked inside the air conditioner unit and even pulled two cartridges out that were completely black, we ended up cleaning them and that kinda stopped the smell a bit but its presence was still noticeable in the bathroom. Lastly, the accent lights on the bed were flickering. We did realize there wasn’t really any long mirrors since we were there for a wedding and couldn’t really check how we looked dressed head to toe.
