Disliked: Our toilet didn’t flush properly but we didn’t let it ruin our trip

Disliked: Some of the staff were in a bad mood customer service is very important one person made us feel we were bothering her. Pool was not warm it’s very cold. Gym treadmill is not in working conditions. Ever since the last time we were at the holiday inn elevator is jot working. Only one elevator works.

Liked: Good food, lots of seating. I like fruit but there wasn't much variety...only oranges.
Disliked: Didn't care for the TV channel that was on in the breakfast area so I turned off my hearing aids and faced the other direction. Maybe two TVs each on different channels.

Liked: Our room was on the second floor, the only issue that was really annoying was the noise that came from the third floor. They stomped on the floor as they were walking around, and it was loud.
