Perfect spot for my stay

Liked: Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful

Simple adjustments can be made...

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding! As well as the workout room and pool area.
Disliked: I wish the pool could be warmer. Also wish they'd keep up with the pool towels. They had towels on the floor in the pool room the next morning showing signs of the pool area not being cleaned at night after closing. Also wish they'd put on the fire we were looking forward to it.

Liked: The bed was comfy.
Disliked: Shortage of staff and waited 1-1/2 hours past check in.. a woman’s soccer team and men’s soccer team filled the pool and due toRooms not being ready we all were sitting in the lobby. The pool was ice cold now this does not seemLike a problem but none of us got in because of it. The hot tub was not hot at all. This honestly ruined our trip and two out of three desk people were somewhat friendly but the third one walked around and told frustrated people”what do you want me to do? It’s a waiting game” that is not something you want hear while sittingIn a packed lobby. I honestly will never ever use a holiday inn again. Last thing…we stay in an ocean view hotel in Florida for the same price as this hotel. Never ever again!!!!

Overall the stay was good....

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: My room was directly next door to someone who had a dog. The dog barked all night. I made several complaints at the front desk but the dog continued to bark throughout the night. I’m glad I was only there for one night.

Liked: The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will return. This was an overnite stay, the next will be for two nites. The location was near the expressway which made it easy to find. Also, it was minutes from restaurants and stores.
