Ok stay, fix the tube...
Liked: Comfort bed
Disliked: Very Slow draining tub, showered in my dirty water . Not good for me or my family. Ok

Check in process & honesty...
Liked: I liked the staff and the temperature of the hot water in the shower. Definitely location is a HUGE plus in this case. Right next door to restaurants, mini-marts & gas, and Walmart & other stores are maybe a 3 minute drive.
Disliked: I drove nearly 13 hours to get there. I was told my reservation wouldn't come up. Then I was told it got deleted because I didn't check in on time. Check in is 3pm. I live in NH. This hotel is in VA. Long story short, I left NH at 2:30pm one day, and arrived well after midnight the following day. Checking in at 3 was never on the table. ;-) My reservation was for a couple of days though, so I don't think this particular set of 2+2 will ever make 4. I called prior to making the reservation to ask about the pool & hot tub. I'm having shoulder issues and was really wanting access to the hot tub. I was THRILLED that the hotel had BOTH. Guess what? Eh, I'm sure you get it. I went outside of a door to go to my car. Keep in mind it's FREEZING out. Go back to the same door, key doesn't work. I'm all way around the building in the back, and after stopping at the one other door that also didn't open, I ended up back at the front in the main lobby and at this point just cold and sad. Lol

Clean, affordable and a great...
Liked: It was far enough from the highway that you did not hear the cars. Generally a very quiet hotel with no sounds from other guests. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety. Clean.
Disliked: There were no additional pillows available even though we were in a suite and were using the pull out bed for our son. There was only one way in and out of the building. We parked on the side of the hotel and wanted to use the side door but you could not so we had to walk all the way around the building to get to the front door to get in. Maybe this was a safety concern? The front lobby smelled like someone had been smoking weed when we got there.

My first and only dealings...
Liked: The only thing I liked was the nice lady at the front desk.
Disliked: The owner of the hotel was disgusting. The only reason we booked the hotel was so my little girl could go swimming for her birthday. When we got there Saturday night, there was a sign up saying the pool was closed. So I asked the front desk lady about it, she said the pool had been closed for almost a week. The owners/management at the hotel didn't even have the decency to send a email in time to cancel the stay to tell the people the pool facilities weren't working. Then we canceled the stay through booking, and the owner/management refused to allow Booking to cancel the stay. So in my opinion the owner, management and that Hotel are pure trash in my opinion, and I will never book a stay at Holiday Inn ever again!!!!!!
