My first and only dealings...

Liked: The only thing I liked was the nice lady at the front desk.
Disliked: The owner of the hotel was disgusting. The only reason we booked the hotel was so my little girl could go swimming for her birthday. When we got there Saturday night, there was a sign up saying the pool was closed. So I asked the front desk lady about it, she said the pool had been closed for almost a week. The owners/management at the hotel didn't even have the decency to send a email in time to cancel the stay to tell the people the pool facilities weren't working. Then we canceled the stay through booking, and the owner/management refused to allow Booking to cancel the stay. So in my opinion the owner, management and that Hotel are pure trash in my opinion, and I will never book a stay at Holiday Inn ever again!!!!!!

The best front desk staff....

Liked: Hotel clean. Bed very comfortable. Loved the shower. Pool and whirlpool closed which was very disappointing. Breakfast was not good. The eggs and sausage were cold. The biscuits and sausage gravy was awful. The front desk staff SHEBONY was absolutely amazing. So friendly, helpful , hospitable. She was a gem which made our stay wonderful. Thank you.
Disliked: Breakfast. Pool closed. Whirlpool closed.

it's was very relaxing and...

Liked: very clean and located near restaurants, and other merchants
Disliked: relaxing , clean , comfortable and nice layout of suite .

Was good value.

Liked: The staff were awesome.

Expected more for the price....

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Closet door off hinges, remotes to TVs hardly worked, sink stopper didn’t work, didn’t have sheets/pillows for pull out couch in the room, had to go downstairs to the front desk twice to pick up linens and towels, ice bucket was dirty, no vending machine on our floor, indoor pool was closed
