Room was fine and breakfast...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: After we had unpacked everything including food in fridge, etc. we discovered the tv did not work. We called front desk and clerk told us to try and re-plug everything in ourselves. The entire outlet was hanging out of the wall which presented a significant safety hazard had we tried to do anything with it. She offered us another room so we had to get another luggage cart, repack everything and move to another room where that tv didn’t work either.We had to move to 3 different rooms! Clerk at front desk did not offer to come up and remedy the situation which the clerk the next morning said should have happened as there was usually an easy fix. The front desk clerk in the morning of 4/6 -sorry I can’t recall her name was extremely apologetic and offered us additional point to make up for the inconvenience which we appreciated but the tv situation is something that should be addressed with every room turnover as it appears to be a common problem

Liked: When i arrive the staff was friendly, awesome customer service skills, check in was exceptional and excellent.
Disliked: 4 people stayed in the room, it was equipped with only 3 towels and washcloths.

Liked: There were ants in the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. However, it was the perfect location to stop at while traveling off of the interstate.

Disliked: I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our hotel. The bathroom was grimy and had hair on the floor and the pool was grimy as well. We have young children who crawl on the floor and who greatly look forward to the pool and so this was disappointing.
