Espensive and in need of...

Liked: The location was good, but was challenging to access. Had to go down poorly maintained residential road then access was an alley way
Disliked: Lost heat to room overnight, woke up in the morning and the wall unit was iced over and the room was 64F. (-45 C outside)Pool wall tiles were half off with ants everywhere, hot tub was green and there were ants/hair in it. Kids enjoyed pool minus ants but my husband told me the bottom of pool surface was soft…and odd.This are definitely needs some TLC to make sure that the ant infestation is resolved and the walls are fixed and the pool/hot tub are cleaned.Continental breakfast was good, staff were kind but would not stay here again. Especially for the high price.

Disliked: The parking was confusing. The lot was not cleared from snow
