Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rancho Mirage, Rancho Mirage

Plenty of other hotels to stay in the area; the room was decent but having an issue and bringing it to the attention of the management and staff with no acknowledgement does not make this a place we want to come back to.

Liked: Roomy.
Disliked: No fans in the bathroom and no circulation at all. I am surprised this passed permitting. We mentioned to the staff and also sent an email and never received a response.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay again!

Liked: Breakfast was okay but needed more non fried choices (hard boiled eggs?). All personnel were extremely nice and helpful.

Liked: We really enjoyed the pool and spa, plus the location was great! We didn’t hear any planes or road traffic! Breakfast was awesome! Would definitely stay again

Liked: Breakfast, outstanding.
Disliked: People working at night, keeping me up. Calling the front desk 4 times at midnight and nobody answered. Cost was outrageous, won't be coming back. Can find a more reasonable room somewhere else.

Liked: I chose holiday inn express for the complementary breakfast. It was the standard options and tasted good. My room was clean and spacious. I also liked the large shower and the fact that there was a channel guide for the TV.
Disliked: The bathroom lighting is terrible. The doors slam shut and are so loud all night long. The plumbing is loud. I woke up at 4:30 am because it sounded like someone turned on a vacuum in the hall outside my room. It took me a minute to realize the toilet in the room above mine had been flushed and was making a horrible sound. The mini fridge also seemed to run all night long and was very loud. I’m used to hotels having some soft pillows and some firm pillows but all the pillows here were way too soft, and lumpy.
