Overall no complaints - the beds where a bit hard but that's just a matter of opinion. Would stay again if in the area.

Liked: Very clean; excellent staff.
Disliked: If I wanted to go towards downtown Raleigh I had to go down to the stop light and make a U-turn.

The room was nice; front desk staff was very friendly. The only problem we had was the smell of the room and the halls - it was a horrible smell!

Liked: The staff were so sweet and accommodating! We really liked Natalie at the front desk! She was super helpful and kind! Breakfast was great- the kids have asked to stay again- just to have breakfast there again! Beds were comfy.
Disliked: The room looked clean- but wasn’t completely clean. We found a few things that had been left by others that had stayed there before. Also- the pool was closed. :( That was a bummer because the kids wanted to use it. I wish I had known when I booked it.

Bad customer service.

Liked: The facilities were wonderful! Clean and beautiful.
Disliked: The front desk staff was rude and overcharged us. She refused to help refund us. We then contacted customer service, and they stated the GM would be in touch, but they never called. We still have not been refunded and the customer service was awful. I will not be going back to this particular hotel.

False Advertising of Amenities

Liked: The room was good and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel was under renovation, and there was not any notice about that. They stated they had a pool and gym, but when we arrived and asked about it, we were told that the hotel was undergoing renovations and those facilities were not available. It would have been nice to know this before we booked the room, especially because we promised the children a pool. Other than that, it was fine.
