Presentation was a complete fail...

Liked: Staff willingness to attempt to make it better

It wasn’t the best but...

Liked: It was clean and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: They were overbooked and they changed our room which was fine but I had to pay an extra 25 dollars and the room was smaller for the occupancy, they ran out of towels and were understaffed, also the pool inside was freezing spent no more than 5 min in it.

Our stay was very relaxing...

Liked: It was quiet and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our mini fridge didn’t work in our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a pleasant overnight...

Liked: Fairly convenient to the event venue we were at that evening. Decent breakfast. Enjoyed all the USB outlets throughout the room. Appreciated that they had an indoor pool open year round, as this is a top 3 amenities request of my kids.
Disliked: Pool was a little less warm than I thought it might be ( but I also don’t recall seeing if it was heated or not on the website) Thought it odd that there was no literature about hotel, nor a Bible in the room; only a notepad and pen. The additional “incidentals” up-charge at check in that takes 3-5 days to refund to my card.
