Nice facility but apparently short...

Liked: Nice clean room with good bed. Good breakfast options.
Disliked: Requests for house keeping went unfulfilled several days in a row. The TV lacked any guide information making finding programming difficult.

Great staff and very helpful.

Liked: Friendly staff. Nice bed and pillows. Nice chaise/sofa bed. Free WiFi.
Disliked: Couldn’t open the blinds. Got put in a handicap room for some reason. There was nowhere to put anything in that bathroom. The soaps and things were bolted to the walls.

Liked: The staff was great. I checked in super late with the night auditor and he was so nice and just as welcoming first thing in the morning when I saw him again.
Disliked: There’s nothing I didn’t really like, if I was nit picking, I would say the TV is harder to see from both beds in a queen room but really wasn’t a big deal.

This hotel was very disappointing...

Liked: I like that it was close to restaurants.
Disliked: The hotel staff gave me a key to a room that was dirty. They I had to wait for a clean room. Staff member stated that they were short staffed and that's why I had to wait on a room to be clean. I was not happy about this to say the least. They weren't apologetic. I will not book this hotel again.
