The front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating but after having to change rooms due to a broken bed, table and lights not working and food left in fridge, we were told our room rates would be less. One room was charged correctly but we were charged for two rooms when another family already paid for one of our reservations. So really my group was charged for 3 rooms on a 2 room reservation! Rooms were clean and beds were great! Just definitely needs some maintenance in areas. And for front desk to pay attention to how they charge. Will be calling today to get this mess figured out!

Disliked: There was mold all around the bathtub. Behind the door in the bathroom floor was disgusting yellow with hair matted on it. The frig had the previous occupants leftovers. Really grossed me out and showed me the room wasn’t really cleaned between occupants. Next time I will stay next door like I usually do. Also, Breakfast biscuits and cinnamon rolls were hard each day.

Disliked: The reception staff were terrible. At checkout, three women told me that “includes taxes” actually meant “taxes will be added”. Genuinely scary that they can be so incompetent. Booking.com have promised to reverse the added charges. Shame on you IHG. Travellers beware.
