The front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating but after having to change rooms due to a broken bed, table and lights not working and food left in fridge, we were told our room rates would be less. One room was charged correctly but we were charged for two rooms when another family already paid for one of our reservations. So really my group was charged for 3 rooms on a 2 room reservation! Rooms were clean and beds were great! Just definitely needs some maintenance in areas. And for front desk to pay attention to how they charge. Will be calling today to get this mess figured out!

Liked: My family and I really loved this place it will be our to go hotel every time we visit Racine. The pool was big and clean always stocked with towels requested a crib it was in the room. I would highly recommend!

Liked: The bed was very comfortable! Room was very nice & clean !
Disliked: The washer & dryer was good but dryer didn’t work so couldn’t wash my clothes I needed to . Breakfast was ok, egg patties weren’t good, should have scrambled eggs be better !! They were out of pancake mix a hour before breakfast was over !
