Liked: The place is very clean, the staff are super nice, the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: I didn’t like the location it is not really near anything important and they don’t have a shuttle to the airport.

Disliked: Very noisy with traffic heard from window. Very hard to sleep

Liked: Nothing. Didn't have breakfast or the option to have a bag breakfast. We had an early departure, granted.The web site said they have a shuttle service. NOT, apparently being relatively close to the airport doesn't apply here. It is only for certain guests for who knows where. See below for how we were not welcomed. And, I was not rude or belittling. Just in awe of how unaccommodating a receptionist can be. Also most of the USB jacks for recharging were unusable.
Disliked: EVERYTHING. The hostess greeting us couldn't be more cold, unprofessional, and soured our last day to an incredible city, where we were treated loyally everywhere else. Had to pay an additional $40 for an Uber to get to the airport.
