Overall experience was very good. I will definitely go back! Our room was ready on time and well stocked. Easy access to the major roadways and just a 10 minute drive to our venue.

Liked: The venue was very clean and very spacious and all up to date. Easy access in and out of the building.
Disliked: Ice machine broken on the third floor; no access to the indoor pool; told the beds were queen sized but actually were a full size. Mattresses were quite uncomfortable.

Liked: I like the location and the breakfast.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard and the pool was not open. It has not been open since 2020 but this is still listed on website as a amenity. This needs to be taken off website.

Liked: The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was good, per usual. The elevator function ed without issue.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. The floor in the room felt dirty and the ergonomics of the sink in the kitchenette was bad. There was a black widow spider in the flower pot outside the main entrance. The hotel smells like there is an indoor poll available, but it is no longer in use. Going on since 2020?
