Highly recommend

Liked: The cleanliness, the Dove products were awesome, that breakfast was included and was fantastic, gym and pool (which sadly I didn't have time for), and ease of checkin/checkout. I also like the door to the whole bathroom! Thank you for that!
Disliked: So minor, but we only had 3 kleenex left in the box and only had half a roll of tp. We had to catch a housekeeping person to ask for more. Would be nice if 1 extra was already stocked.

Sucked

Disliked: Elevator didn’t work, had to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage. It sucked and no staff offered to help!!

Enjoyable stay, would go back.

Liked: Nice room, beds were comfy, bedding and pillows were comfy. Nice Dove shampoos and shower gels. Lovely Pool and Jacuzzi and gym. Plenty of parking. Great location as we wanted to be close to Eastern New Mexico University.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor. Only a small selection of hot food which was very basic. Most mornings no juice available. Train going past at all hours was v noisy and shook hotel at times!
