I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! It was a short walk to the venue, and they offered a shuttle service if the weather had been bad.

Liked: The hotel was clean. The furnishings were up to date, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Breakfast was great North Shore Tavern was excellent next door and Steelers shop was great for Souvenirs

Good not great.

Liked: The location was close to our destination (family) and the included breakfast was nice, despite the pancake maker being down.
Disliked: The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest. The second room’s door lock was on the fritz and took several tries to unlock each time. The shower door was broke causing water to get all over the floor. The room was poorly stocked in towels, bedding, etc.. We had to ask for sheets, pillows and blankets for the pull out, also additional towels to accommodate our family. The pool was very cold and much smaller than the picture. The front desk staff was efficient, but far from friendly or nice.

It was perfect!

Liked: Our room was VERY clean and the staff was wonderful. Parking was super easy to access and the hotel is in perfect walking distance to shops, stage AE and restaurants. Will likely be back again, they made our stay after a long travel day from Maine.. wonderful!
