Liked: Staff was friendly and location convenient. Complimentary waters was awesome
Disliked: Check out was at 11. They didn’t allow late check out and at 10:55 the maid was knocking on the door trying to kick us out. I have never had that at a hotel. We were leaving at 11 don’t be rude and try and get us out early because you want to get your job done and over with!

Disliked: Even though I booked through Booking.com and paid in full, I was still charged in full by the hotel when i checked in. I was told they had no confirmation of payment. It took 1 month to get my money back. Also, when I checked in, the desk clerk spoke poor English and I was asked to sign numerous disclaimers which i have never had to do at any other hotel. The rate was reasonable but the service was not worth it.

Awesome will stay again sometime...
