Liked: The location was perfect for going to see family over Christmas. The warm cookies were a nice touch.
Disliked: We understood that the room would not be cleaned on the 25th. No problem. However, I would have liked for the bathroom to be cleaned on the 26th. It got somewhat cleaned on the 27th.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: At check in, i was charged an additional fee for "incidentals" of which we did not use any incidentals. That fee was not refunded. Basically, that inflated my rental rate considerably over the online contracted amount. That is dishonest to charge for services/goods not used or received. It is dishonest to add a charge at checking that was not listed in the online reservation. Someone - probably the gentleman who checked us in - pocketed my funds illegally. Don't be looking for us as repeat customers. Bonus question above asks if i paid for extra services - yes I did in the way i described, but i did not use any extra services, goods, "incidentals". Your employee is a cheater.

Disliked: Bad interactions with staff both at check in and check out. Charged for room twice. Staff seemed incompetent.

Hotel stay

Liked: Everything. Friendly employees, great location, clean hotel. Amazing experience. The beds were comfortable. I will definitely be staying here in the future.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't like was the softness of the pillows. There was nothing else that I didn't like.
