Liked: Honestly, the only thing that was great was that I had to stop off the highway during a blizzard and was able to have a bed to sleep in.
Disliked: Booking.com advertised a room with a hot tub, I had been stuck on the road for over 6 hours in a blizzard, so soaking in a hot tub sounded relaxing. By the time I got to my room, there was no jacuzzi tub. It was after 11pm and I was too tired to go argue with them.There is a thermostat on the wall and a unit in the floor by the window, but neither of them did anything, so after being in my car for 6 hours in the cold, I was looking forward to making the room nice and toasty, but alas, I was cold and had no way to control the temperature in the room. I really only stayed in the room long enough to sleep, get up and eat breakfast, and leave. I was there less than 12 hours, so it isn’t seem like long enough to go talk to someone and try and fix any issues. I was too exhausted. Overall not a good experience.
