Liked: Easy access with good shopping and dining options. New current facility, clean, comfortable beds, easy to control room temperature, excellent shower head. Recommend and will stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was awesome. So many choices. Location was perfect. Safe, near restaurants and shops, an urgent care, pharmacy, and supermarkets. The room was big and clean. The soap products smelled amazing. They stocked the room with the two cribs we needed too.
Disliked: We left the sign off the door our second day and no one came to empty trash or clean. We got fresh towels at the front desk and the next day I emptied my trash in a housekeeper's trash bag while they were in a room down the hall. The day after we left the sign up, a housekeeper came and did a great job.

Liked: the location was great, the room was nice. The facility itself was great.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room was smelly, I can't explain what it smelled like but it was strong.

It could’ve been better but...

Disliked: House keeping walked in on us in our room at 9am, we were still in there getting ready. Front desk woman didn’t stop to listen to me, called me when I was at dinner to find out when we would be checking in, charged my card before arrival and when I called about it she just kept repeating herself instead of listening and answering my questions. Staff was very frustrating to deal with, hotel was nice. The bathroom smelled awful like body odor and no matter what we did the smell never left. There was also a water dripping sound coming from the bathroom the entire stay.

Liked: Staff were all friendly & helpful even the housekeeping staff. The pool area was clean, but there were no towels. I had to go to the front desk to ask for some. The shower water pressor was awesome and had hot water instantly. The breakfast was good and tasted good.
Disliked: The walls were a little thin. We could hear the guests in the room next to us and it kept us up the first night. The toilet was 12 in. and was like sitting on the floor, for someone with bad knees it was not easy to get up from. The pool was clean but water was a little cold. Hot tub was nice, but water was a green.

Disliked: The beds were really uncomfortable, pillows were flat, the shower/bath took forever to heat up. I tried to talk to the front desk girl in the morning. I stood and waited for a bit but she never acknowledged me. Also they only have 1 high chair, that wasn't a huge deal but it would of been nice for all the guests to have access to them.
