Disliked: The in room heater was so loud when it came on that it kept me awake. It also blew so hard that you could feel a cold breeze every time it came on. Tried the low fan setting on the thermostat but nothing changed.

All was good.

Liked: Everything: from staff (very friendly, supportive and helpful) to room (spacious, clean and neat) to breakfast (suits all tastes and diverse) to parking lot to location. It is worth every $ spent.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Liked: The hotel was perfectly located for a family event we were attending close by. The front desk staff were helpful and extremely friendly, check in was a breeze. Free parking was appreciated with lots of spaces available. Our room was quiet, very large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't partake in the breakfast myself, but my family members who did said it was a great selection and that the warm cinnamon buns were delicious. Would definitely return here again for future stays/visits with family in the Orleans area.
Disliked: Small issue with hot water in the bathroom sink initially, (room was on 5th floor) but after running it for a while, it was fine (not an issue the morning after). Pillows could have been a bit firmer. Neither a big issue though.
