Dirty room not taken care...

Liked: The location was great for the reason we were in Ottawa. The front desk staff that checked us in was friendly.
Disliked: My kids found 2 pills on the floor. I took them down to the front desk to report that my kids found them on the floor so obviously our room wasn’t vacuumed well. She informed me that there were no other rooms available which was understandable but also assured us housekeeping would come clean in the morning. I went back to the room to continue the evening. Later, my wife was in the shower and found a used wash cloth hanging from the curtain rod from the previous occupants. I again went down and informed the front desk and told her I was not happy. That is absolutely disgusting. She again apologized and assured me housekeeping would come clean in the morning. We were out of the hotel the next day and when we got back to the hotel late in the evening, the used washcloth was still hanging from the curtain rod. Upon checkout, I requested a call from the GM since they were not in the building at the time. It is now day 3 and still have not received a call from the property.

Liked: I enjoyed my waffle and the bacon.
Disliked: The biscuit was hard and dry. I might suggest offering something that is more fresh. The biscuits are not working for you.
