We were comfortable in every...

Liked: All the staff were friendly, but Lisa, the manager, went out of her way to see that we were comfortable and she showed concern for us and for my brother who has been ill, which was the reason for our stay at the property.
Disliked: The approach to the property is not very impressive.

Very satisfied friends at this...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The room was very nice. There was only one little problem. The shower wasn't built to keep water in. Water got all over the floor no matter how I positioned it. (We were in a handicap room). I feared slipping on the wet floor. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the room. The breakfast was very good. I loved the pancake machine
Disliked: Just the shower,as mentioned above.

Rude, Rude, Rude Staff being...

Liked: Hotel was good and clean.
Disliked: We got stuck in the elevator with my Wife who is highly claustrophobic for probably nearly 30 minutes. While this is scary enough, I must say the manner in which the hotel employee handled the entire situation was really surprising and completely unnacceptable. She was obviously frustrated that the elevator had gotten stuck several times that day (we spoke to other guests who had a similar experience), and she apparently decided to take it out on us. She was rude and nasty when we pressed the call button after we got Stuck, was rude and nasty (my Wife was terrified) while attempting to fix the elevator, and scowled and was EXTREMELY rude and nasty while she told us to get out of the elevator when it reached the ground floor. If this was something that kept happening, she could have hung an “Out of Order” sign on the elevator and most would probably be fine with it. We did not use the elevator for the rest of our stay. My Wife had never been stuck in an elevator before, it caught us all off guard, and she was very, very scared. But, I must say that the manner we were treated during and after being stuck in your elevator was something I certainly do not wish to ever endure again!

Liked: The breakfast was good and hot well as a large selection of choices. The associate that worked KayAnn was rude and need to work on her people skills. The Front desk associate Ms. Brown was phenomenal! She was professional, pleasant and very skilled in her role. She ensured that I knew about all of the amenities that was available. Lisa assisted me with my technical issues that I had with my TV.
Disliked: My sheets were stained with blood and the previous guest hair was in the bed and on my cloths in the bathroom.

Liked: The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: We were disappointed that there wasn’t a pool.
